Condition Notes: This footman is in good condition yet shows signs of age and wear as all great vintage items that are 100+ years old do. Examine all the pictures closely. Zoom in & out to get a good sense of it's exact condition: a picture tells a thousand words. The left front corner is secure but loose (see pic #9). That corner raises slightly a few millimeters (due to what appears to be a missing screw). It is still very sturdy and its structure / functionality is not compromised at all. Examine all the photos. The item photos serve as a document as to its condition. You will receive the exact stool pictured here.
