We are indeed obliged to you for directing attention to this. ..." and goes on "I hope (but I am tired of hoping) that the W.O. will put itself into communication with you, in order to see the thing done. We know not what a day may bring forth in Europe. Believe me ever faithfully yours” SIGNED in full: "Florence Nightingale". Thos. Longmore Esq.
