Central Asian Tajik flatweave labijar kilim, mid-20th century. The carpet with central field depicting six diamond medallions and geometric motifs. Bordered by serrated and triangular forms. Executed in saturated tones of navy, red, brown, and cream.

Condition
There are several areas of separation occuring between the red stepped border and the surrounding areas. Losses to the fringe. No smoke damage.
