The colors are bold and deep. The pile is unevenly worn and there are threadbare areas, primarily along the extreme edges and the lower quandrant of the rug. There are losses to the lower left edge and lower right corner, each measuring approximately 3-4 inches in area, possibly indicating past pest activity. There are two repaired vertical tears, including one along the lower center, measuring approximately ten inches in length, and one along the upper center, measuring approximately four inches in length. Wear including breaks and large losses to the maroon selvage along the extreme edges. Wear to the fringe.
