Description
Chinese blue-and-white porcelain partial dinner service set comprising 128 pieces, Qing dynasty, ca. 1785. Including three small oval trays, two medium oval trays, four larger oval trays, one oval serving tray, five trencher salts, six bread and butter plates, two creamers, 27 lunch plates, 31 dinner plates, two oval serving bowls, 30 salad bowls, 11 dessert bowls, and four soup bowls. Each decorated with birds perched along blossoming branches executed in cobalt blue underglaze.

Condition
To many of the dishes, there are fleabite to moderate-sized chips and losses along the rims and footrims. To some of the dishes, there are hairline cracks, primarily along the rims and center of the pieces. To one of the dinner plates, there is a small, rounded loss along the center of the plate. Some pieces with accretions and crazing to the glaze. Surface wear.
