Condition
To six tiles, there are no visible cracks, chips, or signs of restoration when examined under UV light. To one tile, there is a diagonal hairline crack along the lower right quadrant, measuring approximately three inches in length; there are fleabite chips along the lower region of the crack. To a second tile, there are networks of several intersecting repaired cracks throughout the tile; there are areas of chipping to the cracks along the lower right quadrant. Light wear to the surfaces, as expected with age and use. Light accretions throughout. The plaques are each inset within a later mounting that was previously part of a larger wooden panel. There are areas of adhesive residue visible along the edges of the tiles, inherent to the mounting process. The extreme edges and versos of the plaques have not been inspected.
