Condition
To one of the vases, there are some chips along the extreme edges of the shoulder and three small losses to the glaze along the center of one of the figural cartouches. To the second vase, there is a loss measuring approximately 1 1/2 inches in length along the foot and there are signs of a restored break to the neck that fluoresces under UV light. There are repaired breaks to some of the reticulated elements along each cartouche of both vases. There are white powder accretions throughout. Some wear, commensurate with age and material.
