Royal velvet blue and thick gold gilt on soft paste porcelain creamer. Some of the hand painted Gilt is wearing off on the bottom (see photos)

Marked J.P over L., indicating that the white porcelain piece was made in the Pouyat factory after 1842.

Marked with J. Pouyat Limoges surrounded by a green and pink wreath.
