Solitude by Miranda Meeks | Oil on Board Portrait of a woman with a skeletal snake.

Description

In "Solitude," a solitary figure emerges from a muted background, with long, flowing hair framing a face marked by a profound stillness. The haunting presence of a skeletal fish spine coils around her, creating a striking contrast that evokes themes of vulnerability and introspection. The artist's deft handling of oil on board enhances the ethereal quality of the piece, inviting viewers to ponder the relationship between the figure and her enigmatic surroundings.
