Splatterware (Spode).
Circa: 1800-1850
Glaze was splattered or sponged on.
A small piece of rubber was put on the bottom on each plate, creating small dots (seen here) that verify the authenticity of the plates.
Handmade.
2 varieties, a lighter and a darker shade shade, 5 of each.
10 soup bowls.
