The Henkel-Harris furniture business is located in Winchester, Virginia, not far from where I live, so I'm especially fond of their exquisite craftsmanship and the timeless elegance of their collections. This mahogany nightstand has four diminutive drawers fitted with brass pulls. It was manufactured in February 1980 (refer to picture 9), making it 45 years old. As a vintage piece, it is not in perfect condition. There are some scratches and an indentation in the wood on the top (refer to pictures 4 and 13). There are also some rough places on the lower edge in front and on one side (refer to pictures 12 and 14). I photographed this nightstand outside on a sunny day, so these defects are clearly visible. Once placed inside a room and viewed under softer light, they wouldn't be nearly as noticeable. There is a cloth label inside one of the drawers (refer to picture 10) and a paper label attached to the underside of the nightstand (refer to picture 16), all of which prove the authenticity of this Henkel-Harris piece.

I photographed this nightstand outside on a sunny December afternoon, creating a warm glow to the solid mahogany wood. It will invariably look difference when viewed in an interior setting under artificial light. Please take this into consideration when matching colors.
