A beautifully detailed antique headboard in the Neoclassical Revival / Louis XVI style, featuring refined carving, elegant proportions, and a tailored upholstered panel.

The solid wood frame is defined by fluted vertical posts, hand-carved floral corner blocks, and a continuous laurel/anthemion frieze along both the top and bottom rails. The piece is crowned with sculptural pinecone finials, a hallmark neoclassical motif symbolizing warmth and hospitality.

The central panel is upholstered in black leather and outlined with classic antique brass nailhead trim, creating a crisp contrast against the warm, aged wood. The combination of architectural structure and upholstery gives this piece a timeless, high-end presence.
