"Quiet Interlude" is a small but captivating collage that offers a humorous commentary on today's consumer culture. The artist cleverly incorporates familiar imagery such as pills, dollar signs, and happy faces to symbolize our often unconscious behaviors and the excesses of modern life. The title itself, a nod to the drug Quaalude, adds another layer of meaning to this intriguing piece.

Crafted with acrylic paint, paper collage, and water crayons on paper, the artwork combines various techniques to create a visually engaging experience. The use of bold colors and whimsical figures lends a pop and street art feel, while the underlying message encourages reflection on our values and priorities.

This original artwork would be a delightful addition to any space, sparking conversation and adding a touch of wit to your home or office.
