both inscribed 'L Colonel Jouinet, 46th 10e D1', worn

Francois Leon Prosper Jouinet, was born in 1870, he became a Colonel in 1913, and served in Africa and the Western Front. The 46th Infantry Regiment, was part of the 10th Infantry Division. They saw action in the Argonne Offensive in the autumn of 1914.
