These candlesticks date to the 1920s-1930s. The candlesticks are done in a wonderful classical style, with chippendale edge bases and fluting up the sides. The bases of the candlesticks are weighted for stability. These are impressive, heavy weight pieces, guaranteed to make an impression on your dinner table, mantle, or wherever you choose to display them. The candlesticks are in great overall condition. Two of the candlesticks have some minor crinkling around the narrowest part of the column, where the shaft meets the base, but the candlesticks still stand straight. There are no splits, no monograms, no monogram removals, no breaks, and no repairs. Each candlestick is stamped on the underside with the maker's mark for Webster Company as well as sterling and weighted. Each candlestick is about 10 1/4 inches tall. The total weight for all four candlesticks is 2592 grams or 91.5 regular ounces. Considering the weighting in the bottom, not all of this weight is sterling silver.
