This extraordinary Chinese Dragon Throne Chair is a masterpiece of hand-carving and symbolic design. Dragons adorn every surface - from the bold dragon heads at the arms, to the pierced dragon backrest, down to the cabriole legs terminating in clawed dragon feet.

In Chinese culture, dragons symbolize strength, prosperity, and protection, making this chair not only a functional seat but also a statement of power and artistry.

The chair has been professionally restored and painted in a sleek blackened-bronze finish, which enhances the depth of its elaborate carvings while ensuring long-lasting durability. Perfect for use as an accent chair, a dramatic foyer statement, or as a unique addition to chinoiserie and Hollywood Regency interiors.
