A charming port scene by famous and super highly-listed Massachusetts painter Otis Pierce Cook. He is best known for these nautical and port scenes, so this is very typical of his work. I have included his two most recent auction records so you can see that his work is quite sought after (and remember, auction prices are wholesale, the lowest they get, and tax is added later). The picture is 10" x 12" without the frame.
