This large vintage signal flag is made from a soft synthetic cloth in neon color, with a similar look and feel of cotton (not shiny). Please note staining and other wear from life at sea, including faded coloring on reverse. Finished with brass or bronze hardware. Made in USA for official Navy or Coast Guard use. Late 20th century.
