Description

A fine mid 19th century Norwegian transferware decorated large mug with a scenic panorama depicting riders on horseback, rounding up wild horses. The handle and interior mug has a repleating band with fleur de lis. Condition is very good with age appropriate Wear. C. 1850. Dimensions: Height: 4 3/4, Diameter 4 1/2" at the basin, Overall width: 6".
