A fine pair of French Directoire silvered-bronze wall sconces by Maison Charles. They have arrow bodies with center medallions of Roman Warriors on round black plates.
They are pictured in an archive catalog of Maison Charles named "Fleche Figure Guerrier. They are styled in both the Directoire and Neoclassical style and work very well in a myriad of room decors from traditional to French to contemporary to mid century to Neoclassical to Directoire.
