This is a Formations Cubic lantern in a custom size that is bigger than the large that they offer. The glass is restoration glass which has a wave to it replicating antique glass. This one has 4 bulbs, where normally they only have 3 even on the large model. Lots of extension on this for a 2 story entry or vaulted ceiling.
