Pair of chrome "anchor" candleholders (ca. 1960s, USA).
Modernist form - anchors are supported and raised by angled cylindrical dowels, producing a dramatic, sharp line.
The bobeche's design features compass points, adding a nice detail/textural element to an otherwise modest form.
Wonderful nautical objets d'art to enhance any beach/sea interior, or suitable gifts for a sailing/boating enthusiast.
Very good, vintage condition with scuffs consistent with age/use, as shown.
