A dramatic and functional statement piece, this Asian black lacquer coffee table comes with five coordinating nested stools. The oval table features a glass top protecting an intricate scene of mother-of-pearl and stone inlays depicting robed figures in a garden pavilion. The apron is decorated with carved red lacquer lion masks and gilt-painted cloud motifs, echoed on the stool aprons.

Each stool tucks neatly under the table when not in use, creating a compact footprint and a striking scalloped silhouette. Pull them out for additional seating or use as accent tables. The table sits on stylized paw feet, lending a sense of weight and tradition.
