An absolute time-capsule find for the Art Deco enthusiast or vintage entertainer. This remarkably well-preserved silver-plated flatware set was manufactured by Oneida/Nobility Plate in 1937 under the celebrated "Caprice" pattern. Characterized by clean architectural stepped lines and a bold chevron motif, this pattern perfectly embodies the high-style geometric elegance of the late 1930s.

Distributed originally by the Empire Crafts Corporation, Nobility Plate features an extra-heavy silver application over a premium base metal. What makes this collection extraordinarily rare is its pristine, comprehensive condition and the inclusion of a massive 8-piece hostess serving suite. The entire 58-piece collection retains its brilliant, mirror-like luster with virtually no plate loss.
