20th Century Hand-Painted English Countryside Art Decorative Metal Tray,These pieces are derived from English Countryside Art from the early to mid-19th century. Tray art became popular during the Industrial Revolution when craftsmen hand-painted rural landscapes and farm animals to decorate metal trays, tea trays, and other utensils.
This tray has a black background with a symmetrical and beautiful gold vine floral border. It is a typical Victorian design style. The tray is artistically beautiful and inherits the essence of traditional craftsmanship. It is both a practical item and a work of art, often used for tea service, display, and home decoration
