This Webley “Army & Navy C.S.L.” Revolvers is a scarce British-made Webley model top-break design — produced for the Army & Navy Co-operative Stores Limited, a Victorian-era officers’ retail network. The marking “ARMY & NAVY C.S.L.” refers to the Army & Navy Co-operative Stores Limited, an exclusive British society for officers and non-commissioned officers that supplied firearms at wholesale prices to its members. These revolvers were not issued to the general public but were officer-only or private purchase models, often sold through the Army & Navy store network. They combine military precision with officer-grade craftsmanship, and their rarity today makes them highly collectible. This example is also has markings of the CACHE CREEK POSSE" of Jackson Wyoming near Yellowstone National Park. It is in good condition, but is missing the "V-spring" for the top=break release lever. It also has a chip out of the wooden grip. These revolvers routinly go for $2000-3000.
