A striking Italian arc floor lamp dating to the 1970s, showcasing the elegant, space-age aesthetic of the period. The design features a slender chrome stem that rises vertically before sweeping outward in a dramatic, elongated arc, suspending a dome-shaped shade. The shade combines opaline glass with a chrome lower section, creating a beautiful interplay between soft diffusion and reflective surface. When illuminated, the opaline top emits a warm, even glow, while the polished chrome underside reflects light downward, making it both atmospheric and functional, ideal for reading or accent lighting. The base is circular and minimal, finished in a light tone that complements the clean architectural lines of the lamp. The gently curved lower stem adds balance and visual flow to the overall silhouette, reinforcing the sculptural quality of the piece. A refined and timeless example of 1970s Italian modern design, equally suited to contemporary and mid-century interiors.
