Original antique Victorian piano stool by the renowned Chicago maker Lyon & Healy, dating to the late 19th century (circa 1850-1899).

Lyon & Healy was one of America's most respected musical instrument firms, best known for exceptional craftsmanship, quality materials, and elegant design. Their antique piano stools are increasingly difficult to find - especially with working cast iron mechanisms and beautiful original wood character like this example.

This stool features a striking large bulbous center form with rich, flowing wood grain, giving it both visual presence and authentic Victorian charm.
