Recently refinished pair of nightstands by American of Martinsville, dating to the 1970s. Finished in a soft off-white lacquer with a smooth satin sheen, complemented by original brass hardware.

These pieces reflect a transitional design with subtle Hollywood Regency influences, combining clean architectural lines with refined decorative detailing. The fluted side accents, tapered legs, and classic proportions give them a timeless, versatile look that works well in both traditional and modern interiors.

Both nightstands are solid and well constructed, with smooth-gliding drawers and clean interiors. The brass hardware shows light patina consistent with age, adding character without detracting from the overall presentation.

A matching dresser is also available separately.
