Outdoor Mid-Century Modern vintage wicker and wrought iron rolling bar cart attributed to Arthur Umanoff. The two-tiered serving or tea trolley features a woven rattan top with a removable basket, a black iron lower tier, and a wrought iron frame fitted with casters. Similar to designs by Russell Woodard for Lee Woodard & Sons.
