A finely detailed re-strike engraving of Colby College, created from the original plate after Richard Rummell, one of the most celebrated American architectural illustrators of the early 20th century.
Originally issued circa 1913, this impression is printed on heavy woven (wove) paper and finished with delicate hand-coloring, bringing warmth and dimension to the architectural composition. Rummell's work is highly regarded for its precise draftsmanship and romantic portrayal of prominent American institutions.
