This striking 11-inch mid-century sculpture captures a koi fish in a graceful arc, frozen in a moment of poised motion. Crafted from brass with exquisite anatomical precision, the koi's head gleams with a warm golden luster. Its slightly parted mouth and keen, upward gaze suggest the instant it breaches the water's surface, chasing something just out of reach.

The sculpted body flows seamlessly into a rich, brownish-red enamel finish, accentuating the intricate textures of the scales and flowing fins.
