Mountain rocks are outlined with elongated strokes and tinted with blue-green and ochre to create rich layers. Ancient pines twist and cling to mountain tops and slopes. Mist shrouds the valleys, a waterfall cascades down the precipice, and pavilions nestle among pines and rocks. A lengthy running script poem occupies the upper section, its elegant calligraphy harmonizing with the landscape.
