A true factory-tuned hot rod, the 996-generation Porsche 911 GT2 was designed to deliver limitless thrills on road and track. Like its predecessor, the 993-generation GT2, it was essentially a 911 Turbo without the four-wheel-drive system featuring a modified intake, exhaust system, turbochargers and fitted with upgraded aerodynamic upgrades. This series is perhaps most remembered for being one of the most difficult 911s to drive, attracting only the most experienced drivers.


Furthermore, this particular 2002 GT2 has received a significant power upgrade from the specialists of the Swiss tuning Company Sportec, where they fitted upgraded turbochargers, new air intake, exhaust system, racing clutch, a leather-trimmed roll cage, a racing pedalboard and Recaro seats. All the modifications were done in excess of 50,000 CHF. According to the consignor, this is an accident-free example still wearing its original paint. The car has only been repainted on the front Apron and boot lid due to stone-chip damage and comes with its original set of wheels.
