DALLAS — Dallas Auction Gallery will hold its spring Fine Jewelry & Asian Art auction on May 5. It will feature a large selection of important jewelry and watches from Texas estates, including that of a prominent Fort Worth patron of the arts. The sale will also include a collection of Chinese antiques from the estate of Wei Yuan Hsueh and Emily Hsueh. Mr. Hsueh was a Chinese government official as Consul to Jamaica and Consul to Germany prior to opening the Oriental Art Shop in Dallas in 1948. Absentee and Internet live bidding will be available through LiveAuctioneers.
