TEHRAN, Iran (AP) – Tehran’s contemporary art museum has issued an apology and temporarily closed to handle a pest infestation, raising concerns after footage of insects scuttling across world-famous work spread widely on social media.

ST. LOUIS, Mo. — The Saint Louis Art Museum is showing Catching the Moment: Contemporary Art from the Ted L. and Maryanne Ellison Simmons Collection until September 11. The exhibition celebrates the 2020 acquisition of more than 800 works of art that has elevated the museum’s holdings of postwar American prints.

BERLIN, Germany – The Jeschke van Vliet auction house has appointed art historian Gabriella Rochberg as head of its department of Modern and contemporary art. She brings many years of experience in the art trade and in auction houses as well as extensive networking within the art market to the position. The appointment takes effect on July 15.
