Description
STAFFORDSHIRE TRANSFER-PRINTED CERAMIC CUP PLATES, LOT OF TWO, comprising one example with beehive to center, having printed "R.STEVENSON & WILLIAMS / Cobridge Staffordshire" to underside, and one example featuring an image of a woman in classical dress reclining against a large floral urn. Andrew Stevenson and Williams, Cobridge, England; and others. Circa 1825. 3 3/4" and 4 1/4" D.
Woman example undamaged; beehive example with radial hairline to underside that does not appear to go through to front.
