Fender Blackguard Telecaster Pickguard Reproduction. This was made by the Fender Custom Shop. There is no way of dating this pickguard except the collector acquired it in the late 1990s. It has the exact thickness of 1/16 inch as an original phenolite fiber Blackguard pickguard. However it appears this pickguard is not made of phenolite fiber, rather some type of plastic or resin. None the less it has some beautiful relicing on the top side and a nice sheen on both sides. This will be a nice acquisition without breaking the bank. Includes 5 present day phillips head screws.
