STAFFORDSHIRE AMERICAN VIEW TRANSFER-PRINTED CERAMIC PLATES, LOT OF FOUR, comprising two brown/sepia transfer examples including "City Hall / New York" and "The Water Works. / Philadelphia.", and two black transfer examples including "Battery & C / New York" and "The Water Works. / Philadelphia." Marks to underside include printed pattern name and ribbon with "JACKSONS WARRANTED". Job & John Jackson, Burslem, England. 1831-1835. 8 7/8" to 10 1/2" D.
