Creasing observed, needs adjustment under mat. Not examined out of frame. Professionally framed in wood frame under mat and Tru-Vue Museum Glass. Measures approx. 13 3/8 x 16 7/8 inches, window approx. 11 7/8 x 15 3/8 inches.
