[Document] James Monroe (1758-1831) 5th President of the United States (1817-1825) signed land grant. Partially-printed on vellum for John Lopp of Wabash County, Indiana. Signed twice by President Monroe and the Commissioner of the General Land Office, George Graham, on the 10th day of June in 1823 in the General Land Office in Washington D.C.
Sight size of vellum: 15 1/2" x 10". Frame: 19 7/8" x 17 5/8".
Condition: Ink slightly faded. Fold mark visible. Not examined out of frame.
