Northwestern Iran, Luristan culture, ca. late 2nd to early 1st millennium BCE. Rare and large bronze hoe or pick axe. Heavy utilitarian implement with curved flaring blade with large rounded socket at end for insertion into a long wooden shaft. An interesting piece of ancient history!
