New Orleans Auction Galleries was great to work with, before and after the auction. They were very responsive with questions about the item, coordinating pick-up and payment. PLUS they present wonderful items in their auctions. Definitely highly recommend!

These guys are the best and care about their clients, both buyers and consignors. Very quick to respond and take care of any issue that may arise. Not all NOLA auction houses are the same and I would avoid some of their completion like Crescent City Auction Gallery, who have a very different approach than this Auction House.

Very satisfied with the process

Only issue was that a picture of the marble on the table was not shown from above. The marble had several cracks that had been repaired in the past, and not a very well done. In my opinion it should have been shown in the picture and also noted in the description.

As a first time bidder with this auction gallery and first time user of LIve Auctioneers to handle shipping, I had questions. They were answered promptly and clearly. The item came quickly and was well protected. I look forward to bidding with them again.

The title above pretty much sums up our experience I was able to obtain all the pre purchase photos and information required to understand the purchase. The description and photos were accurate, pick up was organized and helpful and the Auction House was easy to deal with. We hope to purchase again in the future.

This is our first time dealing with NOAG. Their photos were totally accurate, and their item description was totally accurate. We picked up our furniture in person and needed time to pack it carefully for transport. They could not have been more helpful in providing us the space we needed to pack the furniture and assistance in loading it in our trailer. They get a ten-out-of-ten rating from us!
