Working with New Orleans Auction House was a great experience. They did everything they could from condition reports to great shipping recommendations and gave me extra pictures. Although the items start at higher price, the quality of the items are superb. I was a little nervous about bidding on an item at an auction house that didn't have in house shipping but New Orleans Galleries was very quick to answer all my questions and supply me with a trusted list of shippers. I used Pak mail and it was seamless. Will definitely be buying from New Orleans Auction Gallery again.

Top quality items, great communication with Auctioneer

This was my first time ever on this site. Transaction was painless. I called auction house on two occasions after winning bid and all my questions were answered. I paid invoice asap and reached out to preferred shippers. I requested two shipping bids from preferred list. I chose to go with Pakmail at $80 versus UPS store at $175. I submitted the release form immediately after and received my purchase within days.

On this particular lot I was satisfied. On a previous furniture lot they did not describe many condition issues so always ask for photos to verify.
