Hello Irene, We are quite dismayed that you gave us a two star review with no comments and no reason. I personally approved you to bid with no prior history based on the fact that you were local to us in Wilton CT. Our auction is the only one you have been approved for or bid in, and you place nine bids and won two lots which were paid and delivered and we have had no further correspondence from you that I am aware of except for this review which is essentially negative. Under the circumstances it seems that you have acted irresponsibly and without any regard or understanding of how hard we work to do the best we can to accurately represent the estate items we sell and deliver a first rate experience to our buyers. If you are unsatisfied with the two nice Chinese porcelain items you purchased from the Berg estate, then by all means contact us and we will refund your purchase. Another local buyer has left this review, which we feel is more reflective of our character: "Integrity"-Absolutely one of the best auction houses 'the place you want to give your money to, for the quality product. Mr. Schwenke is ACES, as is his staff I've encountered. Substance and integrity are waning, let's face it, EVERYWHERE, but thankfully not here.
