I may pay more but as a reseller and collector there are some dolls I buy to keep and enjoy for a while at least. This is a gorgeous Sonneberg belton doll exceptionally gorgeous face. I have bought MANY of my keepers from Frashers. IN HOUSE SHIPPING is the thing folks, the others need to get on board with that. Makes a difference in people bidding or bypassing your auction house.

Everything was great-item was even better in person, packing was more than adequate, shipping was fast, and shipping cost was reasonable. I just would have liked a notification of shipping, which I didn't get. Not sure if one is typically sent. I would absolutely bid on a Frasher's Auction again!

Old, uncalled damage, and part of the doll's costume was missing (a fur stole). No response to my emails or contact to resolve this from live auctioneers. I am verydisappointed. I have been buying from Frahsers for 30 years and still do so regularly, but I am now wary due to the poor customer service.

This was my first time bidding at this auction house and I can say that I am more than pleased with my experience from start to finish — from the detailed descriptions, lovely dolls, to the prompt customer service. I would recommend Frasher’s Doll Auction to other collectors that are looking for a variety of quality dolls from a lovely and experienced auction house.

I was very happy with the doll I received, however I could see where she was near heat on one side of her face. When I questioned it before I bid I was told she didn't look like that was the case. She has a small slight indentation near her nose. She would've had to be warm enough for the wax to soften for that to happen. None the less she is lovely and it's only in certain light that it is visible. It certainly didn't show up in the photos. In spite of that I am extremely happy with her and I would bid again in Frasher's Doll Auction.

I bought 3 dolls, the 1st of the three dolls says original body, In their dreams. Another said Pierced ears, they took the wig off to find markings and still it didn't have pierced ears, Flirty eyes that work great, brand new, didn't fit sockets and didn't sleep, I was told I only spent $175. I bought a head. The dolls are worthless. I am out 1700. I didn't spend anything I was told. They look fine to me and we can't afford to loose any money, but I can. A single mother with an autistic child. I asked for a $200 discount. She said can't do anything and hung up. I have had a better experience with farm auctions, she also said don't bid with us. I bid up tons of dolls and spent only 1700. Which in my life is 5, 000 for doll parts. This was right in the description. Not to mention leather body that had tons of tape, new fabric on the back, I said this is part of the your problem issue. Worked at Auction Houses and 30 years in this business. Arrogant and the rudest and a writer that I don't know where they found this person. I have pictures of everything I wrote.

The condition report stated that the doll had a good body, original finish, replaced hands. The neck has a crack all around the neck, some missing pieces of neck filled in with terrible putty and a bad job. The shoulder has missing pieces which goes on into the dolls arm socket, filled in again with the same terrible putty. Theres missing pieces under arm filled in with putty. Then crack runs the full length of the body, some parts of it filled with putty. Theres missing paint filled in with putty and missing paint not filled in. The fee's and S & H with the doll was $430.66. If you can't look at the doll in person don't rely on Frashers giving you an accurate description. Very disappointed!!
