I would definitely buy from Frasher's auction house again, I'm so glad this collection was presented by Frasher's as it gave me the opportunity to buy from Australia with no stress or concerns throughout the entire process but particularly the shipping.

Good customer service
The doll is beautiful and was a good buy and lovely. However the shipping was lacking. The doll was not wrapped properly and arrived with a broken foot. The doll was sloppily wrapped and feet were not secured. The doll stringing is really loose and this was not mentioned in the listing. I emailed Frashers with my concerns and received a really fast response and partial refund. I love the doll regardless and would still recommend this auction house.

Frashers ALWAYS has gorgeous dolls from serious collectors. Repeat customer.
I may pay more but as a reseller and collector there are some dolls I buy to keep and enjoy for a while at least. This is a gorgeous Sonneberg belton doll exceptionally gorgeous face. I have bought MANY of my keepers from Frashers. IN HOUSE SHIPPING is the thing folks, the others need to get on board with that. Makes a difference in people bidding or bypassing your auction house.

Mostly a great experience and item!
Everything was great-item was even better in person, packing was more than adequate, shipping was fast, and shipping cost was reasonable. I just would have liked a notification of shipping, which I didn't get. Not sure if one is typically sent. I would absolutely bid on a Frasher's Auction again!

Old uncalled damage and part of costume missing. No response to emails
Old, uncalled damage, and part of the doll's costume was missing (a fur stole). No response to my emails or contact to resolve this from live auctioneers. I am verydisappointed. I have been buying from Frahsers for 30 years and still do so regularly, but I am now wary due to the poor customer service.

This was my first time bidding at this auction house and I can say that I am more than pleased with my experience from start to finish — from the detailed descriptions, lovely dolls, to the prompt customer service. Be sure and ask detailed questions.
I was very happy with the doll I received, however I could see where she was near heat on one side of her face. When I questioned it before I bid I was told she didn't look like that was the case. She has a small slight indentation near her nose. She would've had to be warm enough for the wax to soften for that to happen. None the less she is lovely and it's only in certain light that it is visible. It certainly didn't show up in the photos. In spite of that I am extremely happy with her and I would bid again in Frasher's Doll Auction.
