Paying this auctioneer directly via credit card (rather than through LiveAuctioneers) does not avoid hidden "processing fees". I paid the exact amount of the invoice and was charged an additional $50.56 on my credit card statement. Called Frasher's and only then was I told about the nearly 4 % processing fee. Never again-I will never buy anything from Frasher's again.

I was happy with the speed of the shipping. Packing materials were excellent. I wish there were more photos of the dolls. I would buy more if there were more photos so I could feel more confident of the condition of the doll.

The item I received was as described. However $145.00 in auction fees on a $400 item is truly insane. The packing for my item was at bare minimum. Recycled box, paper etc. That would be fine if I didn't pay a PREMIUM for shipping. No correspondence that item was shipped, no tracking number supplied. They charge insane fees and provide low rate customer service. A 20 % buyers premium on top of all the other fees tells me that GREED is their number one priority. I am not at all impressed and will never buy from them again.

Another exceptional auction experience with Frasher's Doll Auction! Another beautiful little doll. Frasher's is efficient and professional to work with. The in-house shipping is a plus in so many ways: items seem to get packaged and shipped quickly, the shipping costs are very reasonable AND, most importantly, they know how to pack and ship antique dolls, without over-packing, which is probably why the shipping costs are some of the lowest I have encountered when purchasing antique dolls. I am looking forward to their next auction.

Excellent auction house to work with. With antique dolls, the packing and shipping can be an issue. Not only do they know how to protectively pack a doll, but their in-house shipping costs are the most reasonable of any shipping costs that I have encountered at on-line auctions.

This is a superb auction house: easy to work with; detailed, honest descriptions of the lot items; high quality dolls and accessories; in-house shipping, which is definitely as plus for Buyers, and they know how to pack dolls! Their descriptions are detailed, and their photos are accurate representations of the items being auctioned. The in-house shipping costs are very reasonable, and they certainly know exactly how to pack and ship dolls, dollhouses, furniture, and accessories without overpackaging the items.
