I purchased seven pieces in a single auction and was more than delighted when they arrived. Each was as described and shown in photos. But beyond the objects themselves, dealing with the owner, John, has been an absolute pleasure. His shipping price was more than fair and there was obvious care taken in the way the items were prepared and packed. We have since had a number of occasions to exchange communication and speak over the phone and it was immediately apparent in our first conversation that John was honest, trustworthy, and fair. GREAT Auction House!
I was nervous to bid on an object because of shipping from across the U. S. I contacted the auction house and we had a great discussion. If I won < they had an in house shipper who would really look into the cost. I won, they gave me a great shipping price and were on top of everything! I have no isssues adding them to my watch list because they bent over backwards to handle everything really well.
