This is the only I auction house I have bid at that actually waited for competing online bids to come in. Others are way too hammer happy and I have missed out on so many purchases. They also shipped extremely fast and for a very reasonable amount. I will definitely buy from them again. Satisfied customer.

Streamline operation!

Purchased a spoon (my primary reason for purchasing a lot of 3 spoons) which upon receipt and inspection turned out to be significantly damaged and repaired. It was not disclosed in the listing. I recognize that I purchase caveat emptor. However, when dealing with clients half a world away it behooves the auction house to be upfront with descriptions and, if not descriptions, the photographs. In my opinion, the condition of the spoon was minimized in the photographs. The condition was not disclosed in the listing. I would not have paid the price I paid had I been fully aware.
