Great service and very helpful staff.

I won 2 Murano glass figurines but one figure was broken on delivery. It also had a previous break and repair which had not been disclosed in the item description. One figure was packed very well but the one which broke had insufficient packing. After I asked for some compensation for the broken figurine all communication from Aalders Auctions ceased, and the matter was left unresolved.

Snow, bank closures and problems with international money transfers delayed payment. Aalders was excellent in co-operation with the problem. Shipment was rapid. Aalders is a quality company.

I've often bought items from Aalder's and all have been good.

Poorly packed ceramic antique item arrived badly broken. The auction house refunded my money, which was quite honorable of them.

The item was genuine and good value.

This auction house has had difficulty contacting me, and I them, going through liveauctions. So I've so far been unable to pay for this lot, and not having seen it can not answer the other questions posed above. Perhaps part of the problem is trying to participate in an auction in another country.

Very "personal" service. It was a pleasure to do business with Aalders and I await their next "online" auction. Nothing seemed to be a bother for them!

The online bidding failed several times preventing me from bidding on items I was interested in.

I have asked for the small item I purchased at auction to be shipped to me and aalders has not replied after two weeks.

Excellent communication and fulfillment

Would hope that they would video with sound the live auction. Very difficult when just watching and waiting for written instruction then finding that the lot has closed and missing a chance to bid again.
